The people! Our team & our guests. Every day I get to lead a team of passionate women that are truly committed to making a positive impact on our guests & our community a better place. And I love getting to know the guests that enter our boutique, hearing their stories, and being a positive part of their day.
Why are you passionate about working with brides?
I love the opportunity we get to have a positive impact on our brides. It's so inspiring to learn their stories and to walk with them through this special moment in their lives.
What is your passion outside of work?
My 2 kiddos (4 & 3 years old) keep me pretty busy! I also love to spend time outside, and I love hiking, traveling, running & reading.

No coffee here - tea for me! And can't wait for our signature Miss Ruby tea coming soon!

Ahhh, what a question! I love working at Miss Ruby for so many reasons! One of my favorites is how brave & courageous of a team we are. We are all so passionate about creating a space that truly welcomes everyone no matter who you love, what you look like, where you came from, how you identify - you are welcome here & you matter to us!
Why are you passionate about working with brides?
There is something so wonderful about being able to help someone look in the mirror & feel empowered & confident in who they see. There are so many things that cause us to struggle with who we are & when you're planning a wedding, even though it might not feel like it, you are more sure than ever of who you are & what you love! So, being able to help a bride truly believe that they are the truest version of themselves & that alone deserves to be celebrated is why I love what we do here at Miss Ruby's!
What is your passion outside of work?
Outside of work (and inside) I am passionate about creating a present & a future that is safe for the LGBTQ+ community. Part of this means staying up to date with all of the anti lgbtq+ legislature that is being presented &/or passed so I can figure out where & how to help next. I am committed to doing all I can to ensure that we can live in a way that allows us to be seen & to be PROUD of who we are & that comes with a lot of hard work.
How do you take your coffee?
With wine... hahah just kidding. I love my coffee with a splash of cream so you can still enjoy the taste of the coffee.

Why do you love working at Miss Ruby?
Working at Miss Ruby's has been an empowering experience. I always wanted to work in a boutique setting but I was worried it was not going to be the right fit for me. I've been so happy to be part of this team. It's not your typical workplace, we are all so invested in our brides and making a difference in the community. I feel celebrated for being my most authentic self.
Why are you passionate about working with brides?
My passion for brides starts in the appreciation of every bridal gown. I feel that every dress was designed for someone and there are so many unique and special gowns just like our brides! It's amazing to be a part of their journey and even when two different brides have the same venue, they could take totally different directions in their style! I've seen so many different say yes moments and love to see the creativity and passion our brides have for finding their gown.
What is your passion outside of work?
Outside of work, I love to be in my yard hanging with my flowers and plants. When I can I get to trader joe's and go on a shopping spree in the floral department! I like putting flowers together for friends and for the boutique! I also have the cutest dog, Brekkie, who keeps me busy. I've always wanted to have a dog and he's my first pup ever and my Fiancé and I are obsessed!
How do you take your coffee?
I only started drinking coffee at when I was 24! I somehow went all through college without it! I used to have to put lots of things in my coffee but now I just drink it black. I love sipping coffee and hanging with Brekkie in the mornings before work. I also can't say no to a white chocolate mocha from Stone Creek Coffee :)

Why do you love working at Miss Ruby?
I love working at Miss Ruby for a lot of reasons, but I'll share a few of the most important. I get to go to work every day at a place that values the same things I do and is a safe space for people to be exactly who they are! Miss Ruby was founded and built on values of love and inclusivity and as a staff we actively work to fulfill these values and "Our Promise", which you can read more about on our website. We practice what we preach and are always striving to be better! I also love being able to work in a space that is filled with women. It challenges and empowers me every day! My coworkers have high expectations of me in the work environment and push me to be my best, but then we also have deep friendships outside of the boutique.
Why are you passionate about working with brides?
My passion for brides is fueled by my love for helping people. I have always felt like a natural born leader and as an Assistant Manager at the boutique, I get to use my leadership to help others! I absolutely love being able to impact the women in my community in a positive way by helping them feel confident, empowered and special. I also get to leave almost all my appointments with a new friend! I love to follow my brides on social media and keep up with their lives after their wedding. There is not much that beats the feeling that you get when you are able to create lifelong memories for brides and their group members. It is so special!
What is your passion outside of work?
Outside of work I love to watch and play sports. I would definitely qualify myself as a WI sports super fan. You can find me in the stands at Lambeau Field at least 3 or 4 times this season, even at the winter games! I also enjoy taking walks around my neighborhood, playing card games, exploring craft beers and wine, and spending time with family and friends by doing things like going to the beach, boating, bonfires, and dining at my favorite restaurants. I also have 2 sweet kitties named Minny and Sunny and I love to take them on walks and play/snuggle with them!
How do take your coffee?
I usually ordered an Iced Americano black. But sometimes if I am feeling spicy, I will add a splash of cream or a pump of a seasonal syrup flavor!

Working at Miss Ruby has been a dream I didn't even know I wanted to fulfill! Being a part of this amazing team of passionate and enthusiastic women fills my heart to the brim with joy everyday I'm here. They challenge me to be my best self and push me to be more creative than ever. This team sees me in the best light and knows how much I'm capable of. It's amazing to be a part of a team that sees so much potential in me! Miss Ruby makes me want to be better for myself, do better for those around me, and put out as much positivity as I can into the world.
Why are you passionate about working with brides?
I love working with brides -- each one is so special and such a joy to get to know their stories and what sparks excitement in them! A wedding dress to me is the one garment that is the most you to your core and I love seeing the dress that makes each bride feel like their best, most authentic self. Being able to be a small part of each of my brides wedding day is an honor that I hold close to my heart. Creating memories that brides will look back on and smile about is why I do what I do!
What are your passions outside of work?
My passions outside of work are ever changing! I love starting a new hobby and finding what sparks excitement in my life in different ways. I recently started painting again and I've always been an avid reader. My favorite books are mysteries -- I love trying to solve it before I get to the end as a fun challenge for myself. I'm always down for trying something new, I just went rock climbing for the first time ever and it was so much fun and definitely more challenging than I thought. What fills my heart the most is spending time with my amazing friends and going for the occasional wine walk by the river!
How do you take your coffee?
I love an iced chai tea latte with a shot of espresso (aka a dirty chai) -- best place to get one is Interval!!

What is your passion outside of work?
My passion outside of work is/has been raising three beautiful college age children as well as a love of decorating.

I love an iced latte for a treat but at home it’s an iced coffee with a bit of creamer.

Miss Ruby is such an uplifting environment in a beautiful setting, I love that our space gets to be used to foster such important life moments for all the brides that come in to shop with us! When I first walked into Miss Ruby I felt immediately embraced and comfortable in the space, and I hope our brides feel similarly!
Why are you passionate about working with brides?
I love getting to connect with brides from all walks of life, learning about who they are and what they love helps me lead them to the perfect gown! I’ve always been passionate about working with people and telling their stories, so working with brides has been another amazing way to accomplish that. It’s also such an honor to be a part of such a special moment in their lives and see the pure joy that comes from putting on their gown, it brings so much joy into my life too!
What is your passion outside of work?
Outside of work I am a writer and love to create in any medium I can get my hands on from photography, to sewing, to painting! I love to move my body and stay active through yoga and pilates. I spend lots of time outside at the beach, park, or gardens with friends and family. I’m also a big pop culture girl and love to keep up with anything happening in music and fashion!
How do you take your coffee?
I’m more of a tea person! I make matcha lattes at home every morning and am always having different herbal teas throughout the day. I stopped drinking coffee/espresso recently, but on occasion, I’ll treat myself to a cappuccino :)

Why do you love working at Miss Ruby?
I love all the amazing connections I get to make with brides! It's such a unique opportunity to be able to meet someone new everyday, get to know the people that are nearest and dearest to them, and help them celebrate a huge life moment. That is so incredibly special and is really fulfilling.
Why are you passionate about working with brides?
I had a rollercoaster of experiences when searching for my own dress. In that moment, I knew I didn't want every bride to have to go through the not so good experiences that I had. My goal when I come to work is to always make sure that Brides have a wonderful experience, regardless of whether they find their dress with me or not. I love hearing from Brides that Miss Ruby's was their favorite appointment or that they had the best experience here and that our efforts really do make all the difference!
What is your passion outside of work?
Outside of Miss Ruby's I'm a Graphic Designer so I love anything creative. Aside from that, I also enjoy going on nature walks with my adorable GSP Trip and my husband, cuddling up on the couch and watching Friends, hanging out at the racetrack, or exploring new cities and destinations around the globe!
How do you take your coffee?
I'm more of a tea girl drinking mainly black tea with a bit of cream. However, I'll occasionally grab a latte when I'm in the right mood.

What is your passion outside of work?
My passion outside of work is cooking and trying new recipes as well as gardening in the summer! I love spending time with friends and family at dinner parties and giggling all night!

Every weekend, I get to witness the joy and excitement of brides, and it's incredibly rewarding to play a part in such a special moment in their lives. The supportive and creative atmosphere at Miss Ruby makes it even more special, and I’m so excited to be part of a team that embraces each bride’s individuality and story.
Why are you passionate about working with brides?
I've always been passionate about working with brides because I get to be part of one of the most memorable days of their lives! Through my business as a destination wedding travel agent, I get to know brides and their visions on a deep level, helping make their dream weddings come to life. Now, as a bridal stylist, I get to be there for another major moment: finding the dress. It’s truly fulfilling to support brides in both aspects of their wedding planning and to help make each step of their journey seamless!
What is your passion outside of work?
Outside of work, I’m really passionate about taking care of my health and staying active! I love working out, doing yoga, and finding new ways to keep my mind and body strong. I have been doing yoga for almost 10 years and just in the past year, I got into hot yoga!
How do you take your coffee?
I am not a coffee drinker, but my go-to Starbucks order is a Passion Tango tea with lemonade and a littttle bit of liquid cane sugar - thank me later ;)
